Will window tint affect my Autopilot or Full Self-Driving cameras?+
No. Tesla's Autopilot cameras are mounted inside the cabin near the rearview mirror — they look through the windshield strip, not the side or rear windows. On side and rear windows, our ceramic and carbon films are non-metallic and signal-safe. If you add windshield film we use a specific optical film that Tesla-certified installers have validated as camera-safe.

No. Aftermarket window tint does not affect your Tesla vehicle warranty. We do the install without removing any Tesla trim or interior components — same as any other pro shop. The film itself carries a separate lifetime manufacturer warranty.
How long does the install take?+
Model 3, Y, S, and X are typically 2–3 hours for full-vehicle tint. Cybertruck can take longer depending on which windows you're doing. Drop off and pick up the same day.
What darkness is legal in California for my Tesla?+
California allows any darkness on the rear side windows and rear windshield. Front driver and passenger windows must let more than 70% of visible light through without a medical exemption. We follow all state laws and recommend a legal combination that still looks great.
